Policies: Our management policy is simple, provide clean, safe affordable housing to our respected customers. In return we expect rent to paid in a timely fashion and for all residents to treat their home and neighbors with equal regard and respect. We do allow pets on approval. This is an older building and we realize that finding a pet friendly apartment is difficult. We'll do our best to work with you. There is a modest non refundable pet fee upon approval. All pet owners are expected to walk their pets off property (there is a nice field just down the street) and to clean any messes when they occur! Hey folks, cars need service every now and then, we've been there and we know that. Minor repairs that take less than a day are fine. Anything greater needs to be done "off campus". No engine changes please (don't laugh, it's happened!) A late fee of 50.00 applies to all rents received after the 5th of the month. After the 10th of the month another 50.00 is added. It is best to talk with Kim about your situation. If you keep in touch we can do more to work with you. We all love our music but this is a building with a lot of apartments and it can get a little noisy if we're not careful. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please respect these. If you do have a concern with a neighbor please try contacting them first, if that does not work then give us a call. Snow removal. Hello, this is Alaska and when it snows it SNOWS! We have a dedicated on-site plow truck so we can keep our lot C L E A N. We need you help to move your vehicle when asked. Any vehicles which can not be moved for the winter should be parked as directed by John before the snow flies.
Security Deposits we take very seriously and make every effort to get them back to you PROMPTLY when you move out. There are a few simple things you have to do however!
