We offer a variety of apartments from small efficiencies to spacious homes.  In between we have a variety of one two and three bedroom units at our main building.

Given the age of our main building it would be fair to say our units are "basic".  All units are clean, functional and very reasonably priced.  We offer on site laundry services, full time maintenance and management and do our very best to ensure that you are taken care of promptly and fairly. 

As time has gone by we have replaced many of the appliences and most of the carpeting in many of the apartments.  This is an ongoing process in a building of this age.

We are very proud of our building and the work we have done to improve it over the years.
