The Palmer Arms apartments is a family owned and managed property. We're not the largest or the fanciest but we do care for our responsible residents. The Palmer Arms was built in the late 50's and over the years earned a "colorful" reputation. In 2001 the building was in deplorable condition and was an eyesore at the end of town.
We purchased the building that year and invested well over a half million dollars in needed improvements. The entire parking area was paved, dilapidated garages demolished, common areas painted and carpeted, roof and windows replaced, exterior paint, laundry room upgrades, etc. It was a major task that took months to complete.
During this period we also worked diligently to turn around the buildings reputation by strictly enforcing our policies. We offered reasonable rents and looked for folks needing a clean, affordable, convenient apartment.
We now have studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments located conveniently in downtown Palmer Alaska. We also offer a number of homes for rent in Palmer and Anchorage.
All units include Cable TV, Heat, Snow Removal, Hot Water and professional full time on-site management and maintenance.
